It's really amazing the crap you hear about just walking through a Armoury door. Just the other day the national director of the LDA training program happened to over hear several soldiers talking among themselves and took serious exception to the 'type' of language being used by the soldiers.

Being the National Director of the single most embarrassing instruction program in the CF today what do you think the Director did? Follow the directives of the LDA and make a point to these soldiers that the language they were using was offensive and request that they stop it at once? Report them to their superiors and advise the action to be taken? Contact the Harrassment Officer and file a complaint?

No, none of these actions were taken. Instead, the National Director complained directly to the CDS (by way of the Brigade Commander/Area Commander, etc.).

How are we, the lowly peons of this organization, to view the program of Leadership in a Diversified Army if the shitpump that 'Directs' it can't appear to have the intelligence to follow the directives of their own program?
