Idiocy and careerism are not solely characteristics
of officers. There are many bad apples in the CF
bushel basket. Over-generalization hurts all
serving members. We have a leadership crisis but
all leaders, at all levels, have a responsibility for
those beside and under them - to demonstrate sincere
concern, to listen and to lead
- to do the right thing and to do the thing right.

Court Martials may now consist of a panel of your peers
so that they can judge you fairly. This was set out
in the latest CF judicial reform package.

We can be victims of our environment or
active participants - remember all CF members are
volunteers and if you aren't helping; you're hurting!!
So it's time to choose - are you serving or whining?
