Dude, I've practically just watched you post the same question 3 times in 3 threads in the run of about 20 minutes.

Before someone else does, I'll tell you to stop doing that and to use the search function.  The mods (and others) here don't really like people doing that.

Naval Communicator is an NCM trade, therefore no degree is required.
