James " Jim" Tower 3 RCR early to mid 70's

My Friend Jim Tower is quite ill and I seem to recall he was with 3RCR  circa 1974 possibly deployed to Cyprus. I was wondering if anyone knew him.
I'm trying to get DVA involved and possibly the Regimental Association as well.
Any help would be gratefully received.

It would be quite helpful.
When we first got news of this a dozen or so of his friends went charging off in all directions as it were. Now we've got one person coordinating and a couple of more are digging for info.
