I know of a young Private that received a screwing after a tour in Bosnia. He has an Assisting Officer and was recently advised by that officer that the Private does not have a case. The Assisting Officer has advised that the case has no merit and will not particpate as A.O. The A.O. was appointed by the CO.

As you can imagine, the young Private is pissed and wants to know what he can do before he goes ballistic and does something stupid.

I am seeking accurate, precise and current info regarding this soldiers' options and what action (if any) should be taken with the A.O.?

I would appreciate a timely response as this soldier is at the end of his rope and is thinking about pulling the pin on what I believe could be a good career in the CF.
