Thank you for your confirmations and information. I have followed up on several of your points and I will attempt to get the clear and undivided attention of the AJAG in the near future on this and a couple of other legal matter in the brigade.

Regarding "reading the QR&O;'s"; there has been a little glitch with that lately...the CF in its' wandering glory no longer prints copies of the QR&Os.; They are now available on CDs for viewing on the PC. It's a great system (look up the key words or statement of offense and it goes directly to the spot you need to be!) IF you can gain access to the PC in the first place.

I assigned a Jr NCO class to research several offenses to be turned in as homework two weeks later. One candidate was not able to complete his task because his priority wasn't high enough to gain access to the computor with the CD unit in it. I got a real nice letter from his Adjutant stating why his homework couldn't be completed though (prepared on a word processor no doubt) and could I see my way clear to giving the candidate a break. Crap!

Nice system when reality catches with the technology!
