Infanteer, that type of stuff goes on everywhere (remember the US ship that was nicknamed the "Love Boat" because so many female sailors were pregnant?). When I was in Bosnia (with a no sex policy and no mixed genders in each ISO container) this stuff was still going on. The camp security spent more time shining flashlights into vehicles at night vice looking for Bosnians infiltrating the camp perimeter. There was a major problem in the supply section because of "slutty" behaviour by one of the supply techs. Part of the problem was the leadership did not address this issue right away and it festered all through the tour.Men and woman are going to develop relationships and some of them are going to have sex. The more you try to curb basic human nature, the more you separate men and women. Treat people as adults...and if two people want to have sex, let them (off duty of course).
