I think you missed my point. Let me try again. They do RECEIVE the TOP-UP you are asking for!! Go look at CFAO 56-29 or goread the new "So your Pregnant" Booklet which should be avail in any orderly room. If your wife did not get it, then fess up and tell us why?? or else have her speak the her CO about some screw-up that did not pay it toher hwen she is entitled to it. Stop bashing about over something you have not taken the time to fully investigate or be forwith in detail!!
