Tim, one of the advantages to ASD is that there are no unions and no pensions and no Civil Service bennies of any sort. The employees are all contractors, working for a single contracting company, and if they walk they're out of work. End of discussion. So in that respect at least, ASD's a good thing. I'm not at all for the idea but there are one or two advantages, and no strikes is one of them.
