Bad news. One of the provisions of both Bills C-17 & C-68 (The Firearms Act) have declared all FAL type SA rifles to be prohibited status. That means if you did not possess such an item prior to a certain date (long since passed), you cannot obtain one now.

Owners of such items may sell/barter/trade amongst themselves if they are so grandfathered; the burden of proof being presentation of a PAL (Possession/Aquisition License) duly endorsed with the requisite status information.
