The Army's reconsidering the all wheeled concept due partly to the succcess of the Leo deployment in Kosovo. Also wheels don'nt handle rubble in cities as well as a tracked vehicles do. Althogh the thought of riding around in a tank in the midst of an urbsn warfare scenario makes me a bit nervous.
