You have all three combat arms units from Calgary on there. My unit completed all it's MTSC standards in two exercises while other units required three. I'm not privy to stuff like percentage of Warrior training completed, etc., (and wouldn't discuss it here even if I was) but I have a hard time believing this list. I think public dissemination of these kind of rumours can only do more harm than good.
I was under the impression that viability was also supposed to take into account a unit's links to the community, history, etc. I think the Highlanders and KOCR would be seen as a lot more viable than this list might indicate. Perhaps that's wishful thinking, however. It's interesting that the majority of combat arms units on here seem to be from the West.
