Michael, the "list" was obtained by Patrick via Access to Information
and originates with a piece of correspondence fairly high in the chain
of command. Last November all units were given their interim viability
scores to indicate areas of weakness and give us an idea of how the final
evaluation would be conducted. If the list is simply a summary of those
results, it's pretty meaningless at this point since the scoring
methodology varied considerably across Canada. Obviously the fact that
every unit in 41 CBG is on the list makes the data suspect.
