Well, I actually did receive a reply once (after I pointed out an error - they had a photo of a Sea King helicopter, but the text referred to the Labrador - they said they'd look into it).
Curiously, however, the person (or computer program?) who replied to me did not even bother to identify themselves, which makes me wonder whether they were lazy or rude (plus, if the reply came from NDHQ, I am not impressed by this poor example of "staff duties"). Once upon a time, we were taught to properly identify ourselves when answering the telephone, or sending correspondence. I wonder what they're teaching them now ...Dileas Gu Brath
