I don't know who the platoon commander is but if he is a relatively young man (as platoon commanders should be) then maybe the request for the questions in advance is as innocent as "I want to know what I am talking about" or "I want to mknow what the answers are" 'before' I face my troops. Is he better prepared for the Pl Comd's hour if he 'knows' the answer to the questions before he sits with his troops ? Perhaps !! Could the answetr to a given question prompt another question ? I would hope so ! Should you be paranoid as to why a platoon commander asked for the questuions in advance ? I don't think so. Walk a mile or so in his mocassins and ask yourself the same question. Would I want to know the answers before I face my soldiers ? If the answer is a definite know ... then don't ask. If it is yes or maybe ... then act accordingly.
