That OK it taught a QL3 in Aldershot that was literaly the course from hell

-Pl Comd blew out his shoulder disciplining the troops (that'll learn ya what Non-Commisioned Officers are for) and had to head back to Stad every day for physio

-Pl 2i/c took over as Pl Comd, no problem, but he took with him one of the sect comd's to do the 2i/c's job

-Dvr storeman ended up double hatted as a sect 2i/c for certain instructional tasks

-Lost 2 instrs 1 Sgt/Sect Comd (joined the regular army) and 1 MCpl (was from LFCA, LFAA decided not to fund his position

So now we are down to 1 WO Pl Comd 1 Sgt 2i/c and 2 MCpl (just promoted) section comds annnnnnndddd 15 man sections.

Yours truly got charged (15 minutes late for PT parade, yup I did it no probs) OC has the wonderful idea lets hold the charge parade in front of the candidates.

The OC's policy on when troops could be disciplined and how was so ineffective we had in a Coy of 6 Pls (3 AWL's, 1 guy 15hrs, 1 guy 24 hrs, and one guy who buggered off to avoid his extras), we also had one candidate arrested and charged by the Kentville PD for impersonating a peace officer, and almost charged for assaulting a peace officer.

So HOW Easy can basic training be?
