The Canadian Forces Medical Services carry the "Queen Mother's Banner"- it was presented by our Colonel in Chief in 1985 to a guard comprised of members of the Canadian Forces Medical Services School (our home station).Unfortunately to have it emblazoned with our "battle honours" would have resulted in "more silk than a man could carry"
Understand that is why the the Gunners don't have colours either...UBIQUE could be the motto of the Medical Branch in addition to that of the Artillery and Engineers. Last time I checked the only CSS types in the trenches along with the Infantry were medics...don't tell me about siggys, FACs...
