It seems there is a bit of a split between those who like The War Diary the new way, and those who like it the old way. As someone said, "You can't please all of the people all of the time."
Well hopefully I can do just that. I've modified The War Diary to post messages in both formats. Those who like the threaded version can still pass over messages they don't want to read. Those who perfer the long format can still get the sense of an informal discussion. The best of both worlds (at least in theory :).
I haven't had a chance to work all the kinks out yet, so if something doesn't look right, it probably isn't. Just let me know, and I'll fix it up.
