I, for one, am totally opposed to the idea of wearing DEU to and from work. Why? Simple reason is that, unlike reservists, I can't walk into supply when my DEU is worn out and get a new one. I'm speaking from experience here having been posted to two locations where DEU's were daily dress. The CUA didn't even cover the cost of dry cleaning let alone replacing what got worn out.
