I think the Paras are there as a UK force, not a UN one. In Kosovo, it was a NATO force, not a UN one. Al;l elements of a UN force, including Brits and anyone else, would wear the various bits of UN blue uniforms. Our troops in Kosovo are their under NATO auspices, and hence wear their normal headgear and other uniform parts.
