Col Leslie was also a UN Commander in Knin when genocides/ethnic cleansings were going on in full view of the world press - an excellent bit of coverage is available from BBC.
Col Leslie was appropriatel decorated for his steadfast stance in the face of superior weapons manned by slivovitz-fueled animals. He also provided a written deposition on the incident to the Tribunal in the Hague.
Col Leslie is an outstanding officer - it's a great pity and shame that his integrity and focus on the job is increasingly in the minority in the Army.
