I would appreciate any points from anyone regarding the advantages of recieving time off for Basic. I want to join ht reserves but the only problem is work.

I know that there is a group of ex-military members who work in trying to convince employers to give employees time off. However what I have to do is submit a paper proposal to begin the process.

I have thought of offering them the money I will make for my QL3 ... but I really don't want to do that.

There must be ohters who have gone through this same problem. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
