"Command Detonation" means that the claymore can only be detonated manually by means of the "clacker" It can't be set up to be detonated by tripwire or any other means(although weve all seen them detonated by tripwire in the movies!, I guess in Canada we follow the directions) I don't think that they come with a fuse for tripwire detonation, so you have to see the enemy in your kill zone before you set the mine off.
