Ah. The objectivity and bearing of those involved in this debate completely demonstrate the real problems in our leadership. Step back and examine how you are acting - you are not the pillars of leadership that you think you are.

Don't comment on how the Army works (or should work)until you understand it with a mature viewpoint. The real problem at ALL rank levels is soldiers who think & act like little kids. Get professional! This is a team organization and if you don't understand how the parts work - start studying so you can properly do your job!
