I visited St-Jean last week. I don't like to be
negative. It is a beautiful facility, with almost
everything a trainee could need. It really needs a
pig-headed CWO with a set of dress regs for the CF,
and a will to enforce them, as a start. Self-discipline
is seriously lacking in SOME of the pers there. I feel
that bad lessons are being learned by junior pers
training there. It's unfortunate, it should be one of
the most disciplined places in the CF.
