I have a booklet issued by the DND to coincide with the activation of the "new" 1st Cdn Div in 1988. The booklet says lists 4 CMB in Lahr, 5e Bde du Canada in Valcartier, and supporting elements as belonging to the Division.

To my knowledge, 1 CMBG (Canadian Mechanized Brigade Group) was based in Calgary at the time.
