I am searching for someone named SAMSON, this
might be a knickname, or might be spelt differently.
I believe he was either in the 48th Highlanders or
the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders.
I believe he was based in Sussex in England between March and June 1944, for the build up for the D-Day invasion, he would have been based near or around Uckfield,Buxted or Maresfield.
His first name might be Bernard, and he might be
French Canadian.
