They had some retired Canadian officers commenting.. and
our own "Gywne Dyer" (sp?) offering his two cents.
The person interviewing (Brian Stewart - CBC)was trying
hard to get some opinions on what the Canadian force might
look like, if we were to contribute in a ground offensive.
Question...
As a civie I have some ideas of what we could offer up (battalion?)...
But I'm wondering if you current military types have any opinions on what we could
"reasonably" provide in short order (how long does it take to moblize existing reg. force
units not serving somewhere else?).
Any comments... or gut feels on what we could offer?
