Although I don't like the manner in which the trg has been presented and found the video to be totally inane, one bonus this had was that we were able to sit around and have a serious discussion without regard to rank afterwards. Not too often that a MWO in a unit sits in the same room and has a MCpl explain his take on leadership with him. One thing that I found very interesting (and please don't take this as a personal attack), is that the ones who had the most problem with doing it were the ones who had questionable leadership qualities to start with. This was particularly true during the discussion phase.Max flex. Go in, sit down, pay attention to what the other people are saying and even those who feel they *are* leadership incarnate will learn something new.
