You found the video "alright"? My god, it was aimed at somebody in pre-school and had about as much merit in my units eyes. Barney the dinosaur coulda done a better job than that thing. Over long and over patronizing IMHO.

The whole thing is totally out of whack and the pendulum needs to swing back the other way. There is no place for what they are trying to stamp out but as one person in my unit put it, "Just because one person backs their Iltis into something doesn't mean we all need a safe backing course." This is an ass covering exercise, pure and simple.

"I used to be an X, now I'm an O so I guess all of the O's have turned to X's."
