Ok, here's what you do, look up CFAO 19-11 (I think, something like that, look it up), and check out what the books say. I do believe the board only sits once a year, so you may have missed the deadline, or the orderly room did. If you look up the CFAO yourself, you'll have a leg to stand on and you won't be frustrated by doing nothing.
