Got mine on Friday the 26th, but only through blind luck. Happened to be in the right place at the right time and asked if they were in. Due to the fact that the Orderly Room Mafia seemed to be all on collective leave (or perhaps it was a stress day - hmmm) I was able to get mine from the substitute minion manning the counter (he had obviously not understood the orders to delay distributing T4's). Rest of the troops got their T4's last night.
Doesn't seem odd that the CF hangs on to those T4's like they're a state secret? "Don't let the troops see their tax slips yet corporal bloggins, they might mutiny once they realise how little their being paid!" I don't believe that the CF didn't have ALL the necessary info to produce the T4's until end Feb. If it takes more than 30 days to retrieve tax info from a computerised pay system then MAYBE we have the wrong pay system!
