What's my provocative rant tonite? Not much, but I have to say, the recent funding has not generated the outpouring I normally appreciate about this forum.
I think that recent, so-called 'increases' are truly a sign of confiednece, but I will admit, maybe I'm not theone to know. I still feel the affects, but is this not the 'recognition' we have been bitching for? This was a good operational boost, not only with the budget but with the Parliamentary outburt.Clarior Hinc Honos.
(Please, figure that one out.)
