As a resident of Beautiful British Columbia, I can safely state that yes cost of living is higher in BC but DONT FORGET, wages are a LOT higher. As a union member and a family military member, I realize you don't have a lot of options as an enlisted man. Yes you have to cross the picket line but you don't have to like it. The only consolation is the union members will understand you don't have any choice.
