How, exactly, is the article unfair to BGen Cox? As an individual who had their military career threatened by his wanton abuse of authority, I see anything exposing his petty paranoia as a Good Thing.

Perhaps if BGen Cox had applied the same industry to improving QOL for the Army that he did to attacking anyone who raised issues, there's be a greatly reduced morale problem.

Just my 2 cents.
