Ombudsman already?!!! Stop drop on that. First thing to do is use the chain. Keep good records of everything sent (as in extra copies) It will take some time but sooner or later you will get a reply. Do you know any clerks?Take some time and dig through orders, you may find it spelled out in black and white.
