Monique, I think you will find that requests like that usually go unanswered. You need to be far more specific in what you are looking for. Current recruiting standards? Uniform regulations of the 1930s? List of decorations and awards for both world wars? Home station and regimental march? Asking for information regarding a regiment is like asking someone "tell me about Canada." Where do you start?

Feel free to email me and I will be happy to direct you to answers regarding specific questions. In general, they came from NB, the First Battalion served in the eight brigade of the Third Division, landed in France on D-Day, and fought to VE Day. The 3rd Battalion served in the 2nd 8th Brigade of the Canadian Army Occupation Force that stayed in Germany after the war. The second battalion stayed in a reserve role in Canada.

You may want to check your local university library for the regimental history by Will R. Bird "North Shore (New Brunswick) Regiment"; perhaps even the local public library will have one. Or else check out C.P. Stacey's book The Victory Campaign and consult the index. This will give you a sketch history of the regiment's role in NW Europe. It all depends on what you want to know.

Thanks for posting and showing an interest. Hope this helps.
