Hi all, I'm planning on joining the CF soon, and I have a few questions. First, I want to serve in the Infantry. What do I need to do to make sure I don't end up assigned to something else? What is the procedure for getting assigned to your battalion? The two I'm aiming for are the 1st and 3rd PPCLI in Calgary. Are there any physical atributes that I should try to build up? I know about running, weight load walking, pushups and the rest, but is there anything else for the Infantry? Is there a height/weight ratio that I must acheive in order to enlist? I'm 6'2 if that helps. Thanks for your help,
