Some very good points have been made, the over all problem with the reserves lack the training and resources to be an efective part of the CF. A class A solider is budgeted for 30 traing day's a year. fifteen of those days are for manditor training such as warriow, whimas, enviorment,ect,ect,ect. Once this is done then it's up to the unit too decide what will be done. It all comes down to dollars. If the reserves are going to be an effective part of the CF, then the government and the canadian public as a hole must take an interest in the CF, or we will just repeat our former comrades as they did in 1939.
