I've been in the CF about 9 years now. I have worked alongside reservists from time to time with mixed emotions. Some really good. Some are a digrace to a uniform. I don't mind at all when we get reservists in general. But I never get to know them. How do you folks feel about working with us. Get a hard time alot? Good opportunity to gain experience? Just want cash? I just want to understand where you're coming from so I can make your and my time better. I see us as all part of the same thing. Only I do it everyday. And why the chip on the shoulder some seem to have, trying to prove they know everything. (they don't, and they don't have to. Don't they know that's okay?) Thanks!
