Important message to all serving members of CF.
If you have a significant injury or even just a minor injury insure that a CF-98 is completed. DO NOT LET THE MIR OR ANY MEDIC TELL YOU THAT IT DOSN'T NEED TO BE DONE. I have just finished with 1 hr of trying to convince a Veterans Affairs Medical Appeal Board about a shoulder injury and because there was little or no paperwork for one incident the evidence is vague. If you are trying to get a medical pension for injuries recieved while in the service the paperwork must be completed. If its not the Advocates branch still want you to apply but it will be harder if the paperwork isn't there to support your claim.
