I agree whole heartedly.
I can't imagine the hell on earth that Dallaire witnessed....Teachers murdering their students, doctors murdering their patients, Clergymen murdering parishioners. It boggles the mind to even THINK that things like that could actually happen, let alone knowing that he had to stand back and take it all in.

Gen. Dallaire is a tragic hero.
