Well said! For some reason (that usually escapes logic) the GTA has decided that the homeless should be afforded some type of accomodation but, for reasons best known only to themselves, they have decided to provide the armouries of various regiments throughout the city. Have you ever spent any time in them? For the most part they are infested with all types of vermin (the more than two legged kind), they are all old and in need of repair and, now more than ever, are not fit for true 'human' occupation. Could this be the reason that the politicians of the GTA have decided to place the homeless in such buildings. Dare I suggest that if the homeless are to be treated with compassion and kindness, the GTA could be kinder than to put them in our armouries. Punt some of the freeloaders out of Mimico and let the homeless have access to some of the abandoned buildings throughout GTA...almost anything is better than placing them in the poisoned buildings currently used as armouries. There are some rare exceptions (Gerogetown and others) but I loathe each time I am required to biv in our armouy. Decom drills are required upon my return to my home!All the Best
