Hi. I am just resently joined to militia. I am enjoying it greatly. I hae just on equestion. Someone told me that it takes years (close to 4 or 5) to get a promotion. is this true? will I ever make it past private before then? I am extremely dedicated, and toi the best of my knowledge, isn't dedication and hard work what it's all about, and not just time spent?
