From experience during UNPROFOR in 94-95, the troops found drunk were sent home until the BTL GRP was viewed as being "re-pat happy", after that they were jailed IN CAMP during ops!
The CO, RSM and other RHIP select continued to enjoy life at whatever level of intoxication they desired.
