Denis Jotcham was rebadged from the PPCLI in mid 1944 to join The RCR as 2 i/c. When previos 2 i/c decided to continue in position !! Jotcam took over rifle Company. Note rebadging due to high loss of RCR officers by enemy action. In early May in Holland Jotcam commanded Regiment for few days. No record of this in most books by Galloway who was 2 i/c in Italy!! Jotcam retired at war's end. Now lives Ft Lauderdale Fl where amoung other positions director of Internation Swimming Hall of Fame USSA
