I have been a constant reader of this site but never a participant untill now I have never been motivated to speak up.
Anyone with experience in the military knows that team work is the key to the functioning of any unit training or combat and on that team are players in this case offrs, ncos,and soldiers/sailors/airmen. Each player plays a roll in the sucess of the unit and the most successfull work as a team in particulary the offrs and ncos they should compliment one another.
There are deadbeats in all the departments , offr ,nco and soldier alike and it is up to the real leaders to seperate the flyshit from the pepper and ensure the soldiers get the leadership they deserve.
