I think everyont is reading far too much into my comments. I don't have a serious axe to grind or chip on my soldier I just, for one, dont think that officers are the be all and end al that some people here seem to think, I also feel that there is not enough trust, emphasis or respect given to the fact that although officers have their fair share of work to do, NCOs are really the backbone of the Army. Without strong Ncos things wouldn't get done.
