It looks like we'll see Treasury Board approval in the
new year. It's supposed to be a one-time per mbr allotment
of $5,000, Regular or Reserve, offr or NCM. I think the
idea is to encourage a higher level of education for serving
members, and to increase opportunities for mbrs once they leave.
