With regards to Army Reservists on QL3, the policy in the LFCATC Meaford is that all QL3 candidates would wear the CF badge (A.K.A The "Cornflake") until the completion of QL3. Upon graduation the new soldiers are then dismissed to their regimental control and immediately "badged" by their CO and RSM's
